I tried just about everything to ease my sleep-depriving snoring – diet changes, exercises – you name it. I've even been trying acupuncture (don't ask...but it doesn't work).
But nothing seems to work for long, if at all – and soon, not only was I dealing with my snoring issue but it turns out my sore jaw was due to grinding my teeth and I was starting to worry if this was going to be my life, forever.
I was one step away from giving up, for good. After all, I’d managed this long without a solution - what’s a few more months, years, or the rest of my life?
Of course, no one wants to deal with snoring forever, but I thought I was doomed. My husband and I were sleeping in separate rooms at this point, and I had to make a change.
But at the back of my mind, I still had a faint spark of hope - and that's when I jumped on Google and made one final, Hail Mary attempt to find a solution that worked.
That's when I found a name I'd never heard of: ZQuiet. I was both curious and skeptical but for the price, I had to try it out.

So it's time for the results. It took me 2 nights to stop snoring with ZQuiet and I do not grind my teeth anymore! These are real results from someone that has snored for years! It's now been 3 months and my husband and I couldn't be any happier!
